Veneers are highly durable and with proactive dental care can last a lifetime.

Dr. Brian Sang and his dental associates at Palmetto Smiles offer patients custom dental veneers for beautiful, lasting smile makeovers. With over 40 years of combined experience, we understand the subtleties that matter when creating a natural smile with cosmetic veneers. We use the most modern materials and latest techniques to provide natural looking results that last.

A single porcelain veneer can be used to address a single tooth or several may be recommended for a total smile makeover. Prior to receiving a dental veneer, your Palmetto dentist will thoroughly examine your oral health to determine the best course of treatment.

Dental veneers are a multi-phased treatment that results in a permanent, beautiful smile.

The first step is preparing the teeth that will receive dental veneers. Your Palmetto Smiles dentist will remove a minimal amount of tooth enamel. A specified amount of tooth material must be removed to make room for the dental veneer to lay evenly with your adjacent teeth.

After the teeth are prepared, molds are taken. The molds are used to create custom dental veneers that will fit comfortably and precisely. While the dental veneers are being fabricated patients are typically fit with temporaries.

Once the dental veneers are fabricated the patient returns to our office for their final fitting. Your dentist will place the veneers on the teeth so that you can visualize the end result and test for comfort and appearance. Once approved by both the patient and your dentist the dental veneers are bonded into place.
